Two well-known Danish companies and two acclaimed chefs have joined forces to create Nordic Challenge. It may seem a somewhat unconventional collaboration, but all parties are interested in developing Nordic cuisine and increasing the exposure of Nordic raw materials. The two companies are Arla Foodsand Danish Crown. And the two chefs are Erwin Lauterbach and Hans Beck Thomsen.
