The contestants come from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Denmark. They belong to the elite of European chefs, and all work at a leading restaurant in their home country. The chefs are hand-picked  The judges are internationally recognized head chefs and gastronomists. They are all highly involved in the gastronomic scene and have a lot of experiences as judges in international cooking competitions.
